At TonerBoss, we thrive on making buying experience as easy as possible. Although we try to avoid the need to return or exchange items, we know everything may not go right every time. We created this form to simplify your request. Please fill out as much information as possible. You should expect a reply from us within 1 business day of submitting the form either through an email with the UPS prepaid label or through a phone call from our agents following-up for further instructions.

	I want to exchange a defective compatible or remanufactured cartridge that I purchased within the last 365 days. Please email me the UPS prepaid label.
	I want to return a defective compatible or remanufactured cartridge that I purchased within the last 365 days for refund less any shipping charges. Please email me the UPS prepaid label.
	I want to exchange a non-defective (unopened/unused) compatible or remanufactured cartridge that I purchased within the last 365. I will send it myself using a trackable shipping method such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
	I want to return a non-defective (unopened/unused) compatible or remanufactured cartridge that I purchased within the last 365 days for refund less any shipping charges and applicable restocking fee. I will send it myself using a trackable shipping method such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx
	I want to return an OEM cartridge for refund.
	I want to return a compatible or remanufactured cartridge that I purchased over 365 ago.
	I received the wrong product and would like to have the product replaced with the correct item. (In the notes field please provide an explanation for why you believe you received the wrong product, and a complete description of the product you were looking for).

If you are requesting a replacement for your cartridge:

	I am willing to wait until my returned product is received and inspected before my replacement is shipped. In this case, I understand that my credit card will not be charged for the replacement.
	I need my product urgently. Please charge my credit card in advance for my replacement product. I understand that my credit card will be credited for the original product purchase price after my returned product has been received and inspected.
